Replacement Policy
If your fish arrives dead on arrival (DOA), we offer a one-to-one replacement under the following conditions:

The issue must be reported within two (2) hours of the delivery confirmation.

Clear photos of the unopened bag with the deceased fish must be provided as proof.

Replacements will only be issued for fish that have perished during transit, not due to improper acclimation or tank conditions.

Aqua Life will cover the shipping cost for the replacement fish.
- Aqua Life will not accept the return or refunds.
Order Processing & Delivery Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday each week to ensure live arrival.

Any order placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

We use reliable delivery services, but AQUA LIFE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Responsibility

Customers must ensure they provide the correct shipping address and be available to receive the package upon delivery.

If a package is delayed due to incorrect address details or failure to receive, we are not responsible for any losses.
