Red Melon Discus

Red Melon Discus fish thrive in freshwater tanks with a stable pH range of 6.0-7.5 and temperatures between 82-86�F (28-30�C). They require soft, clean, and well-oxygenated water, with regular water changes to maintain ideal conditions. A tank with driftwood, tall plants, and subdued lighting mimics their natural habitat. Their diet should include high-quality flakes, pellets, frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp, and occasional live foods. Though they require attentive care, Red Melon Discus are peaceful and well-suited for intermediate to experienced aquarists. They do best in calm community tanks with other gentle species that share similar water requirements.
