These goldfish are omnivores and should be fed a balanced diet of high-quality flakes, pellets, and occasional live or frozen foods like daphnia or brine shrimp. They are relatively hardy and well-suited for beginners, though they require proper tank maintenance to ensure clean water, as they are sensitive to poor water quality.
