Red Cap Gold Fish

Red Cap Goldfish thrive in freshwater tanks with a stable pH range of 6.5-7.5 and temperatures between 65-75°F (18-24°C). They prefer a spacious, well-filtered tank with plenty of swimming space and hiding spots, such as plants or ornaments. These fish are omnivores and should be fed a balanced diet of high-quality flakes, pellets, and occasional live or frozen foods like daphnia or bloodworms. Red Cap Goldfish are hardy and suitable for beginners, but they require regular water changes and good filtration to ensure clean water, as they are sensitive to poor water quality. They are best kept in peaceful community tanks with other non-aggressive species.
