Yellow Puffer (Canthigaster solandri)

ellow Puffers thrive in brackish or marine aquariums with a stable pH range of 7.5-8.5 and temperatures between 75-82°F (24-28°C). They require slightly salty water, so marine salt should be added to the tank. A tank with plenty of hiding spots, such as live rock and crevices, provides a comfortable environment. Their diet consists of a variety of foods, including high-quality pellets, frozen foods like brine shrimp and mysis, and small live foods. While small, these puffers can be territorial, so they are best suited for tanks with other non-aggressive species. Suitable for intermediate to experienced aquarists, they require careful attention to water quality and tankmates.
